Hm, I really like this banner. I'm not able to make a better one. 
(Besides, I don't have the time for it as well.)

I also made the same banner but with the picture that stands third in the color, with his nufc shirt on in the beginning, but I thought that this was better, otherwise you have 2 the same pictures..

Yeah that always happens with too big attachments, so everyone will understand the pic is resized. Nice header, especially good font.
However there are a lot faces of him on it, like my first one (I made that one in like 20 minutes - I didn't do any blurring in that one). (I attached it; it's really ugly lol and I don't have the version with text on it anymore)
The current one (on top of the site & forum) I made together with another guy. (He did the motion blurring + the font)

The current one was made by a friend of me who is graphics expert, but perhaps I'll make a poll to determine which one is best as header!
Anyway; the left pic in the header is from a picture, I've never seen! Could you share it with us? (It looks like a pic of when he was about 18 years)

I normally use Paint Shop Pro for everything but the banner I made with the help of a friend and he used Adobe Photoshop
