It's possible in the news sections already, but it's better if only registered users can post in my opinion. And I think more subforums would be a bit too much.

Maybe you should update the statistics more often. I saw that the dutch all-time dutch top-scorers you last updated on 21st april. And if you have time, maybe you could do all time ajax top-scorers (etc).

Yeah, amazingly Van Nistelrooy scored a goal for the Dutch squad, and even more to my surprise, it was a nice one, so I think it counts on his total.

It would be nice to summit an all time Dutch topscorers list for the Primera Divisione. At the moment the topscorer is Makaay, with exactly 100 goals; Kluivert is trailing with 88, but no doubt he'll change that this season. Look here for a list, that is outdated, though:
